About Midnight Firefly

Midnight Firefly is the creation of artist and designer, Allison Biggs. Every piece of jewelry at Midnight Firefly is handmade and either one of a kind, or limited edition. Each necklace, bracelet, or pair of earrings are created with an artistic balance and aesthetic, paying special attention to color and texture. All jewelry at Midnight Firefly is made with sterling silver or 14k gold fill, unless otherwise noted.

Payment Information

Midnight Firefly accepts Paypal as a method of payment. All payments are made through our secure shopping cart system.

Product Availability

Because many of the pieces at Midnight Firefly are one of a kind, in rare instances the same item may be bought simultaneously by two different customers. In such cases, the item will be sold to the customer with the earlier purchase time, and affected parties will be notified by email.

Privacy

Midnight Firefly values your privacy and promises not to release your personal information to other parties. We will never use your information for anything other than processing your order.

Sales Tax

All orders placed in Massachusetts are subject to 5% sales tax.

Shipping

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. There is a flat rate shipping fee of $5 for all orders. Any orders totaling over $100 will receive free shipping. All items are shipped within 3 days of payment.

Returns

We do not accept returns on pierced earrings. For all other returns, please email us at info@midnightfirefly.com to receive return instructions. Items must be returned in original condition and packaged sufficiently within 14 days of receipt.
